Welcome to GlowUra. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02What GlowUra is
GlowUra is a supportive wellness platform: private mood tracking and journaling, guided activities grounded in real research, a positive community feed, and interactive ebooks. The core app is free to use and ad-free.
03GlowUra is not medical or mental-health care
GlowUra — including its AI-generated insights, prompts, activities, and community support — is encouragement and self-reflection, not medical, psychological, or crisis care. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or replaces care from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or might harm yourself or others, please contact your local emergency number (in the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or a trusted professional right away.
04Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login and two-factor authentication secure. Keep your account details accurate, and use GlowUra in line with these terms — one account per person.
05Community guidelines and moderation
GlowUra is a kind space. Do not harass, bully, threaten, or insult anyone; do not post hate speech, sexually explicit material, violence, misinformation, spam, or anything illegal. Support lifts people up — content that tears people down does not belong here.
All posts, videos, and comments pass automated moderation. Content that breaks the rules may be hidden for human review and removed, and repeated or serious violations can result in your account being suspended. If you believe a decision was wrong, appeal it through the in-app support page and a person will review it.
06Content you create
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting content to GlowUra you give us the permission we need to store and display it inside the app (for example, showing your post in the community feed). You can delete your posts and videos at any time.
Only post content you have the right to share, and do not post anyone else's private information.
07Memberships, ebooks, and payments
Paid memberships (Glow Supporter, Glow Champion) renew automatically until you cancel; you keep your perks through the end of the paid period. Cancel any time from the membership page in your profile.
Ebooks are one-time purchases tied to your account or license key, and include the license and format we publish — they are for your personal use, not for resale or redistribution. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Donations are voluntary contributions to keep GlowUra free and ad-free. They are not purchases and are generally not refundable, except as required by law.
If something goes wrong with a payment — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, a purchase that did not unlock — contact support and we will make it right.
08Rewards, CP, and badges
Community Points (CP), badges, streaks, and other rewards celebrate your real effort. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and we may adjust how they are earned as the app evolves. Rewards are verified on our servers; attempts to fake, automate, or tamper with them may result in rewards being reversed or your account being suspended.
09Acceptable use
Do not misuse GlowUra: no scraping the service, no automated abuse of rewards or generators, no probing for security weaknesses outside our responsible-disclosure expectation (tell us instead — we will thank you), no interfering with other accounts, and no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows.
10AI-generated content
Much of GlowUra's daily content — prompts, insights, activities, polls, and some videos — is generated by AI and reviewed with automated quality checks. It can be inaccurate or imperfect. Verify anything important, and never treat it as professional advice.
11Availability and changes
We work hard to keep GlowUra available and improving. We may add, change, or remove features, and during early access some paid features may be temporarily unavailable while they are finalized. If a paid feature changes materially, we will treat you fairly on anything you already paid for.
12Ending your account
You can stop using GlowUra or delete your data at any time — contact support and we will remove your account and private data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, threaten others, or abuse the service.
13Disclaimers and liability
GlowUra is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue locally.
